The Phoenix is our largest open-fire frame—designed for serious fire cooking and built to make an impact. With a 1500mm wide, 700mm deep, 1800mm tall structure, it’s a heavy-duty setup built to handle the demands of mobile catering, events, and ambitious outdoor kitchens.

It comes fully equipped with a fire basket, plancha, grill top, full grill, and two hanging shelves—giving you the freedom to cook across levels, techniques, and formats. Whatever the menu, this frame brings range and presence.
