At 530mm deep, 410mm wide and 850mm tall, it’s compact enough to integrate into a busy kitchen, but built tough from 4–6mm steel plate to handle the intensity of daily service. Fire bricks line the interior to retain heat, reduce fuel consumption, and deliver consistent, controllable fire throughout service.
