Made from 2mm thick mild steel mesh with precise 7x7mm holes and a 5mm strand width, it’s solid but nimble. The shape gives you enough depth (50mm) to toss and char, while the 6mm formed handle keeps hands at a safe distance—without losing the feel. It’s also ideal for lightly smoking ingredients.
